Does my child need counseling?

Children experience emotional pain as do adults.  When significant life events occur, children may have changes in behavior, mood, sleep, appetite, and academic and social functioning.  In some cases, it is not clear what has caused a child to suddenly become withdrawn, worried, irritable, sulky, or  tearful.  If these events or problems occur, kids can benefit from
